We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative who has experience in B2B sales and exceptional knowledge of the Melbourne Metropolitan Area to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving new business growth along with organic growth from within Source EC's existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive sales revenue opportunities and maintain excellence in customer service
- Ensure a sales pipeline is developed with forecast opportunities identified as short, medium and long term prospects
- Obtain a comprehensive understanding of customers
- Identify new development opportunities, leads or other changes and action in accordance with our policy and procedure
- Monitor the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations
